Our Rate Structure

Travel Fee	We charge the IRS travel rates of $.55 per mile from our place to yours, PLUS a travel time fee of $32.50/hr
Consulting For All Windows Operating Systems only - not MACs	Minimum Call = $50 for up to 1 hour diagnosis/repair.  Most preventative visits (see  below) can be accomplished in 1 hr Subsequent Hours @ $50 broken into 15 minute increments  - Plus travel 11/4 HR = $ 62.25 11/2 HR = $75.00 13/4 HR = $87.50 2 hours = $100.00 For Emergency Service or after regular business hours (5pm M-F) a $20/hr surcharge applies If Parts/Equipment are needed for your project - no mark-up is applied. We charge you the same as we pay from the supplier (Best Buy, Office Depot, Staples, Micro Warehouse etc) and add it to our invoice for your convenience.
