Our Rate Structure

Travel Fee From our place to yours (as defined by Google Maps)	within 9.9 miles   = $20.00 10.0 - 19.9 miles = $40.00 20.0 - 39.9 miles = $60.00 Greater than 40  = $80.00 + consulting increments
Consulting For All Windows Operating Systems only - not MACs	Minimum Call = $65 for up to 1 hour diagnosis/repair.  Most preventative visits (see  below) can be accomplished in 1 hr Subsequent Hours @ $65 broken into 15 minute increments @ $16.25  - Plus travel 11/4 HR = $ 81.25 11/2 HR = $97.50 13/4 HR = $113.75 2 hours = $130.00 For Emergency Service or after regular business hours (5pm M-F) a $10/hr surcharge applies If Parts/Equipment is needed for your project - no mark-up is applied. You pay the bill from the supplier (Best Buys, Office Depot, CompUSA etc)

Sign-up for our preventative check-up Check your PC for most recent updates to Windows system, BIOS, NIC cards, drivers Check your router/firewall for most recent updates Ensure your Firewall/SpyWare/AD-Ware/Anti-Virus software is configured properly Ensure your e-mail program is working to maximize efficiency Check your Hard Drive(s) for fragmentation issues Report on unused programs/files that slow down your system Leave you with a preventative checklist and teach you how to perform basic functions to ensure your PC(s) remain in excellent health
