Richard Bell-Irving, President/CEO was formerly Marriott International's Senior Vice President of Human Resources Service Delivery and Support and was directly responsible for developing HR strategy and policy for Marriott's brands and 195,000 + employees.
During his 25 years with Marriott, he held many positions, including executive management of two 400-room hotels with 800 employees and $28M in annual sales. Mr. Bell-Irving's responsibilities included development of marketing/advertising strategies, accounting, hiring and related policies, all facets of hotel operations, administration and customer satisfaction.
